(CBC) -- Police in St. John's expect to lay charges in a workplace confrontation that involved an unusual weapon: a glue gun.
The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary said a truck driver employed by Hearn Distributing is believed to have hit another person with a piece of metal at the Mount Pearl beer-distributing business on May 12.
The truck driver then confronted the other employee, who responded on that occasion with a glue gun.
Police would not comment on the extent of the victim's injuries.
The RNC would not say whether the suspect still works for the company.
Police are still investigating the incident.
