Two days of torrential rain in Gatineau led to this “rude awakening” on the weekend for residents of the Limbour neighbourhood.
According to a Montreal Gazette report, a Gatineau road that was acting as a damn in an overflowing creek washed away, flooding the neighbourhood and bridges in a mobile home park.
A resident filmed the ‘inondation’ at 6 a.m. on June 25 and posted the dramatic video to YouTube.
