We're living a Great Renewal

Because the global economy (free market, trickle down economics, supply side economics or whatever you call it) was put in place across the globe world wide in the mid-1980s it has caused the same impact everywhere.
What's so sad is that it has horrifically failed yet those who have benefited ... from the uber wealthy to Big Business want it to continue through austerity programs, cutting wages and benefits, social services and public sector workers.
Taxing the super rich is fine but that's not the problem. We need a whole new global economy. We need a Great Renewal.
