WOODSTOCK, Ont. - A reception in support of Oxford Liberal candidate David Hilderly is in poor taste, according to the president of Wind Concerns Ontario.

Hilderly will attend a reception hosted by an industrial wind proponent on Prospect Hill near Woodstock this afternoon.

Wind Concerns president John Laforet (la-for-ette) says his members will show up at the event to show their anger at the Liberals.

He says his group wants to support neighbours of the proposed industrial wind farm who've been trying to fight the development, so far without success.

Hilderly is vying to defeat four-term Tory incumbent Ernie Hardeman.

The other candidates in the race are Dorothy Eisen of the NDP, Catherine Stewart-Mott of the Green party and Leonard Vanderhoeven of the Family Coalition. (CKOT)
