Holiday Coffee Drinks: How Many Laps Around The Mall Can A Latte Get You?

Around this time of year, the perfect storm forms at your neighbourhood multi-national coffee shop. The temperatures dip, the need for caffeine increases with each day and personal restrictions on sweets goes right out the window. Enter the holiday drink. There's always a lot of attention paid to the extreme number of calories in seasonal speciality beverages, but this year we've decided to look at these delicious, energy-boosting options in another light.

After all, with all of the things you have going on in relation to prepping for the holiday season, don't you think you're probably burning more calories than usual? While we're certainly not recommending that you indulge every day, you know you're going to be sneaking in some treats here and there. So, we've helped to break down the caloric mileage in this year's offerings, and alleviate the guilt about speciality drinks -- at least until December 25.
