Montreal Fans Fight At Bruins vs. Canadiens Game (VIDEO)

WATCH: Montreal Fans Go To Hockey Game, Fight Breaks Out

On the ice, Monday night's Montreal Canadiens vs. Boston Bruins game was a goaltending battle between Carey Price and Tim Thomas. Perhaps the fans at the Bell Centre wanted more scoring because this rather brutal fight broke out in the stands.

According to the Puck Daddy blog the fight broke out near the end of the tightly-contested game.

The rivalry between the Bruins and the Habs is one of the fiercest in the Eastern Conference. Last year, Bruins defenceman Zdeno Chara nearly ended the career of Habs forward Max Pacioretty with a brutal hit that drove his head into a stanchion.

In recent years, Habs fans have not behaved well, rioting and setting police cars on fire after playoff games.

For those wanting to know, Boston squeaked past with a 1-0 win last night, extending their unbeaten streak to nine games.
