How to keep your New Year's resolutions

Getting in shape, quitting smoking and saving more money are the top resolutions for 2012.

But studies indicate only 12 per cent of people who make resolutions actually keep them.

The CBC's Maggie Zelaya has tips on how to make those goals a reality, from treating workouts like an appointment to consulting financial planning books.
