A 65-year-old Ladysmith, B.C., man charged in connection with a child pornography investigation will make his first appearance in Nanaimo provincial court later this month.
Bruce Alexander Rogers was charged with one count of possession of child porn on Dec. 15, a year after he was arrested.
Nanaimo RCMP Const. Gary O'Brien says the investigation is continuing and more charges may be laid.
He says the delay in charges being sworn resulted because investigators were required to review hundreds of thousands of porn images found on various hard drives and computers from Rogers' workplace and home.
