Toronto police investigate hotel shooting

Toronto police are looking for more information after a shooting at a downtown hotel early Sunday.

The victim suffered only minor injuries but isn't telling police who shot him.

The man was shot in the leg in the bathroom of a nightclub in the Westin Harbour Castle hotel, at the corner of Queens Quay East and Bay Street.

Nobody called police, but the victim made his own way to St. Michael's Hospital where a nurse called investigators.

Police recovered a shell casing from the bathroom.

The hotel refused to comment on the incident.
