Canada’s telecom regulator has informed Rogers Communications Inc. that preliminary results of an investigation into the company’s Internet services suggests it engages in unauthorized throttling.

The CRTC must quickly find a way to change the rules so Rogers`s action are legal. Come now people Nadir Mohamad is counting on a quick loop hole. Rogers dosn`t want to be forced to providing what they promised.
