She's been dubbed "the human hourglass" by a paper in the U.K., and she boasts a 20-inch waist (yes, that's only about five inches bigger than a CD), but Ioana Spangenberg swears her shape is all-natural.

The 30-year-old model from Romania claims she's been unable to alter her shape -- with diet or exercise -- since she was a teenager. Today, she rings in at about 5'7"/5'8" and weighs only 85 pounds.

In a newly released interview, Spangenberg insists she eats three meals a day -- including pizza and chocolate -- and defends her shape. Her day of food reportedly looks like this: "She has toast with jam or eggs for breakfast and has a snack of chocolate and crisps around 12 p.m. Lunch consists of sausage, chicken and potatoes, while later in the day she fills up on bread, meat and cheese sandwiches."

People have been concerned about whether the model is, in fact, anorexic (she may exhibit some common physical signs of malnutrition), but the model says she's happy with her super lean figure after years of being bullied for it.
