Louis T: Poutine Mailed To Prime Minister Stephen Harper By Quebec Comedian Amid Robocalls Scandal (VIDEO)

WATCH: Comedian Mails Harper Poutine

Quebec Comedian Louis T. is making a statement about the robocalls scandal by mailing the House of Commons and Stephen Harper a poutine.

The gesture was made in reference to Pierre Poutine of Separatist Street, the delicious pseudonym of the cellphone owner behind fraudulent election day phone calls in Guelph.

Louis T. picks up the fries from Montreal's famous Banquise, before grabbing a card and packing up the precious cargo. George Orwell's novel "Nineteen Eighty-Four" is visible in his jacket pocket throughout.

The video ends with a call for "swift action" to do away with the "culture of division, manipulation and control" in Ottawa. Serious stuff from a funny guy.
