Makeup and more makeup? Think inside out: Watch what you put into your body. It makes a huge difference, and you'll see the results quite quickly. And use less makeup; it's bad for your skin. Believe me ladies, I'm nearly 50 and have tried more products that you could shake a stick at. The more products I use, the older my skin looks. Nowadays, I eat properly - lots and lots of fruit and veggies - and get outside and move. And give your skin a breather; go without the costly creams and makeup when you can. Less is more. I get comments on my skin at nearly 50, and I started out with rough, blemished skin. By the way, give up smoking and/or drinking alcohol. An interesting note: when I scaled back my dairy to a teaspoon of milk in my tea, and the odd bit of raw, organic cheese, my blackheads disappeared, as did the dry spots on my chin and around my nose.
