Toronto police have arrested a 34-year-old Canadian man after he allegedly pretended to be teen pop sensation Justin Bieber while online, in a bid to make contact with children. The accused, Lee Moir, is being charged with several offenses, including three counts of luring a child under the age of 16, production and possession of child pornography, extortion and invitation to sexual touching.
