There aren't many Vancouver Canucks fans in Windsor, Ont., but one of them is getting plenty of attention.
Artist Piero D'Anna took 30 hours to paint his house on Parent Avenue in Canucks colours.
The exterior wall is festooned with messages such as "Go Canucks Go" and "This is our year."
"I would just love to shut everybody up, finally," he said. "It was supposed to be our year last year, but in 2012, hopefully we can make a big drive to the Cup final again."
The Canucks lost the Stanley Cup Final to the Boston Bruins. The loss sparked riots in Vancouver.
D'Anna painted his over the Easter weekend. He hopes to add a big Canucks logo at the peak of the house.
People are constantly stopping by to take pictures, he said.
