We understand being pressed for time on your way to work -- sometimes the snooze button is simply too compelling. But that doesn't justify breaking all etiquette rules to primp and prep and get yourself beautiful for the day ahead.
Case in point is the latest video to surface of a man clipping his nails while transiting. Apparently he's completely oblivious to how unhygenic and disruptive such an act is. Stylish this is not.
Sure we've seen people commute without pants and even chop onions while riding the rails, but really -- clipping your nails? It's basically the ultimate style no-no.
Is it any wonder campaigns are cropping up to stop such public acts? Artist Jay Shells has created signs to "bring back etiquette" on the tube, and New York Magazine created 'The Urban Etiquette Handbook' on 'Breaching Subway Decorum.'
