Pare, a Montreal-born star, catapulted to fame after her character, Megan, on 'Mad Men' married Don Draper and performed a rendition of "Zou Bisou Bisou" during the Season 5 premiere of the show.
It's not the first time a Canadian has made one of People's hottest humans' list. In 2012, Ryan Reynolds nabbed the title of Sexiest Man Alive (Blake Lively, if you're reading this, you're one lucky gal).
Taking the title of the Most Beautiful Woman in 2012 is singer, actress and style icon Beyonce. The new mom credits the birth of her daughter, Blue Ivy Carter, with husband Jay-Z for her added beauty.
"I feel more beautiful than I’ve ever felt because I’ve given birth," she tells PEOPLE in an exclusive interview. "I have never felt so connected, never felt like I had such a purpose on this earth."
Also on this year's list are "Most Beautiful Woman Hall of Famers" Julia Roberts (she's appeared 13 times) and Nicole Kidman (who has appeared 10 times). People's double-issue magazine hits stands on Friday and features 178 other fabulous faces, including David Beckham, Blake Shelton, Ashton Kutcher and Bradley Cooper -- 2011's Sexiest Man Alive.
