The province's Health Department says it's not clear if the gastrointestinal illness is directly linked to the meal served Saturday at the Princetown United Church, but an investigation is continuing.
As a precaution, the department is advising that anyone who brought the meal home should not eat it.
The symptoms include nausea, vomiting and diarrhea.
The department issued a statement saying there have been no cases of serious illness or hospital admissions due to the illness.
The meal, served to about 500 people, included roast beef, vegetables and a variety of desserts.Suggest a correction
