ST. JOHN'S, N.L. - Seniors in Newfoundland and Labrador are now getting a discount on some government fees.

Discounts for hunting, fishing and camping fees are effective immediately.

The discounts were announced in the most recent provincial budget.

Paul Davis, minister responsible for Service Newfoundland and Labrador, says more than $3 million in savings for seniors was announced in the budget.
