Recycling fire under control in east end Montreal

Firefighters have extinguished a fire that burned through a metal recycling facility early this morning in east end Montreal.

Reports say the fire started around 4 a.m. at Métaux Dépôt on Metropolitan Boulevard in Anjou.

It took two hours to get under control.

Fire officials warn that traffic in the area may be affected by crews cleaning debris.
