Roofer dies after fall in Forest Hill

A roofer has been pronounced dead after a fall in Toronto’s Forest Hill neighbourhood.

Toronto EMS say the fall occurred Thursday morning on Ormsby Crescent, near the intersection of Spadina Road and Eglinton Avenue West.

The man, who is believed to be in his mid-20s, fell three storeys. EMS workers couldn't confirm what he was doing at the time of the fall.

Other workers were onsite at the time at the fall.

The victim died on the same day that the province announced an inquest into the death of a 46-year-old man who died from injuries he received while working on a construction project in Brampton, last August.
