Asian slaw with teriyaki tofu sauce fast dish for lunch or supper

This tasty and healthy Asian slaw uses mixed vegetables tossed with a teriyaki and tofu sauce for a quick-fix lunch or supper.

Yummy Asian Slaw

1 pkg (250 g) stir-fry tofu and teriyaki sauce

1 pkg (340 g/12 oz) vegetable mix (broccoli and cauliflower florets, red cabbage and carrots)

15 ml (1 tbsp) sesame oil

45 ml (3 tbsp) rice vinegar

Sesame seeds

In a large bowl, place vegetable mix. Add pouch of cubed and marinated tofu, oil and vinegar and mix well.

Let mixture sit for 1 hour or overnight in the fridge. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.

Makes 4 servings.
