HALIFAX - The government of Nova Scotia is providing a payroll rebate worth up to $2.3 million over five years to ADP Canada, a human resources and payroll services firm.

Economic Development Minister Percy Paris says the rebate is being offered in the hopes of adding 250 full-time jobs at the company's office in Halifax.

ADP Canada opened its facility in the Halifax community of Dartmouth in 2006, where it employs about 350 people.

The rebate is coming from Nova Scotia Business Inc., the government's business development agency.
