M.A.C. Viva Glam Fashion Cares Fundraiser To Attract Star-Studded Crowd

Turns Out Fashion Does Care: Fundraiser To Be Hosted/Attended By Star-Studded Crowd

It turns out, fashion really cares.

So much so that the 25th anniversary of M.A.C. Viva Glam Fashion Cares fundraiser is being hosted by a slew of famous celebrities (and a whole lot of Canadians!).

The night will be headlined by Elton John and proceeds from the event will benefit ACT (AIDS Committee of Toronto). Money will also be donated to the Elton John AIDS Foundation. Representing Canada will be the design duo Dean and Dan Caten of DSQUARED2, Shawn Desman and Linda Evangelista, who will also host the event.

Not only will the night include music and dancing, there will also be fashion show featuring clothing from Vivienne Westwood, Greta Constantine, Pink Tartan and many more. If you nab tickets, you'll also see some of Elton John's most memorable costumes (they'll be on display).

While the evening comes with a hefty price tag (prices range from $500 to $1,500), 70 per of the ticket price will go to programs supporting people with HIV/AIDS. You'll even get a tax receipt.

Here are some do-good celebrities who were nominated for a "Do Something" award:
