After 24 years, Diner en Blanc has made its way from Paris to Vancouver. It's an event in which a "secret location" is given at the last minute to thousands of friends and acquaintances.
Diners dressed all in white then take over a city's public space for an evening of elegance and glamour as foodies dine beneath the stars.
For a foodie destination like Vancouver, it's just a natural fit.
