Legendary television journalist Tom Brokaw's fishing lodge near Smithers, B.C. is up for grabs.

The NBC Nightly News anchor listed the Hat Rack Ranch for a cool $1.8 million last week.

The "well appointed" ranch has a 3,600 square foot main residence, a caretakers residence, and barn buildings with hay meadows, according to a spec sheet from listing agents Hall & Hall.

Brokaw shares the property with two friends and a decision was made to sell it because they collectively no longer use the the ranch as much as they used to, reports NBC.

The 275 acre (137 hectare) property located 20 minutes outside the town of Smithers boasts "outstanding steelhead fishing" and is close to to Crown lease lands for animal grazing.

The views are stunning. The property, originally built in 1915, boasts "towering glaciers" and close proximity to the world's "great cold-water fisheries."

Brokaw was admitted to a hospital in Charlotte last Thursday after he complained of feeling light-headed reported The Huffington Post.

The anchor later took to his personal Twitter to reassure, "All is well" and that he mistakenly took a half dose of Ambien.
