Toronto police say that a man got into a dispute over the weekend and allegedly pulled out a loaded handgun and pointed it at two other people.

Police say the incident happened Sunday in the Fountainhead Road and Sentinel Road area, near Keele Street and Finch Avenue West.

It is alleged that a male suspect, who was arrested near the scene, pointed the gun at the person he was upset with as well as an innocent bystander.

An 18-year-old Toronto man faces more than 10 criminal counts, including possession of a prohibited firearm with ammunition and two counts of pointing a firearm.

Police have made repeated appeals to the public in recent weeks for help finding guns and the people who have them.
