Two fishermen found a human leg floating under Vancouver's Cambie Street Bridge but police say foul play is not suspected.
The men were returning to False Creek after a day on the water Friday afternoon when they found the lower leg and foot connected to a running shoe, said police.
The B.C. Coroners Service has confirmed the remains are human.
"Foul play is not suspected at this time," said Sgt. Randy Fincham in a news release. "The investigation will centre on identifying the victim and investigators will liaise with outside police agencies as required."
