A crash on the Don Valley Parkway has left one teen dead and another badly injured.

The accident happened at about 5:30 a.m. in the southbound lanes near Eglinton Avenue.

Police say a pickup truck crashed into a guardrail.

There were two teen males in the truck.

One, an 18-year-old, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The other, a 19-year-old, is in hospital with serious injuries.

No names have been released.
