Halloween In Alberta: Albertans Celebrate Halloween Despite Chilly Weather (PHOTOS)

It was not the warmest night for Halloween in Alberta this year, but many brave souls ventured out to hunt for candy. While some dressed up at work, others were amused by the random sightings of monsters. A slower turn out of trick-or-treaters was expected as temperatures dipped low.
