The award for Best Feature Story in Radio went to the Early Edition's Shiral Tobin, Rick Cluff, and Lee Rosevere for their series Security 9/11: The New Normal, which looked at changes to airport security since 9/11.
The award for Best News Reporting in Television award went to Natalie Clancy and Manjula Dufresne for Broken Mounties, an investigation into sexual harassment within the RCMP.
And the award for Best News Reporting in Radio went to Nelson reporter Bob Keating for Finding Kienan, his coverage of the abduction and return of three-year old Kienan Hebert in Sparwood B.C.
CBC's B.C. news director Wayne Williams said the awards recognized the local newsroom's commitment to breaking original news in British Columbia.
"To win the best reporting in both radio and television as well as feature reporting in radio is a significant achievement and a great honour."
"The Websters are all about doing the best work in the province and our journalists received 12 nominations this year. That's a wonderful reminder of how hard they all work and of our commitment to excellence every day," said Williams.
