Safety board send team to Newfoundland to investigate ship grounding

ST. JOHN'S, N.L. - The Transportation Safety Board of Canada is sending a team to Newfoundland to investigate a ship that ran aground near Nunavut.

A news release says the team will board the tanker MV Nanny to gather information about the incident.

The ship ran aground near Baker Lake, Nunavut, on Oct. 25 and was sent to St. John's for repair.
