Good. That's why it's an 'adults only' building.
It's no different from 'no pets' or 'nor smoking' restrictions.

What don't these people understand about adults only!?! I can't stand people who just do what they want, break their agreements, irritate everyone around them and then cry poor me! Adult buildings are for adults... You want to have children? Then go to a building with children allowed, it's not brain surgery! I lived in an Adult building because I wanted to live in quiet, and then my neighbor above me decided to buy her unit, lie on her application and move in with her three year old. That kid ran back and forth on my ceiling all day long! I never had any peace. I eventually sold my place and moved out because the condo board would not do anything about it. It was the running around over my head that really drove me crazy. It was out of control. My guests would even mention it and ask how I could live this way. The neighbor was of course unable to control a little kid and restrict it from running around, all the time, because that's what kids do! I get it. I love kids, don't get me wrong, but I didn't choose to have them in my life, and if it's an adult building then you should respect that and leave without complaint. It's you who are breaking your agreements and it's you who are changing the environment without any thought to those you share your space with.

The rules are the rules. I heard the lady on the radio yesterday and her argument is pretty clear. Essentially, the rules shouldn't apply to her! Imagine, she's a mother and is using the "everyone else is doing it" excuse. People just don't take responsibility for actions anymore and when the consequences occur, they act surprised?! I wonder if the fact it was an adult only complex made it attractive to them when they bought it in the first place?
