"tax the vulnerable"..again!,, and if you dont give uncredentialed[maybe even criminals?] your confidential data to use as they please??, then you pay $$,..how secure is my! confidential medical data at translink?.. how secure is this head injured MOTHERS! data as well??..we must learn to judge a person by his questions, rather than his answers,..no?, too many "mistakes" made in this line, and it is always! the weak and especially! the vulnerable who bear the brunt of the "mistake"..
