The Calgary Zoo kept its word and followed through on a Grey Cup bet made with the Toronto Zoo. Clément Lanthier, President and CEO of the Calgary Zoo, wore an Argos jersey and cleaned the penguin enclosure.

"With the Argos beating the Stampeders in last night’s Grey Cup game, Dr. Lanthier agreed to do a thorough scrubbing of the Penguin Plunge enclosure this morning, wearing the team jersey," the Calgary Zoo said in a release.

The Toronto Zoo's CEO John Tracogna said the zoo was proud of the Argonauts on winning the historic game. It also means, he said, that his colleague Lanthier, "had to plunge into the task of cleaning out his Penguin Exhibit."

Lantheir can be seen scrubbing and hosing down the penguin enclosure at the Calgary Zoo. "“It was a treat to get out of the boardroom to spend some time with the animals," he said.

"We are always up for some fun with the important zoo colleagues we have such as the Toronto Zoo – bring on the next challenge," he exclaimed.
