The B.C. Coroners Service says a Kamloops man died Sunday after a sliding accident at Sun Peaks Ski Resort.
Coroner Barb McLintock says the man, who was in his 20s, was sliding on a crazy carpet and crashed into a support tower.
McLintock says the man, whose name has not been released, was taken to Royal Inland Hospital but died from his injuries.
It's not clear if he was in a marked sliding area or was out of bounds.
