What do Psy's Gangnam Style and Raj Sherman's leadership style have in common?
Jarring the notion that he lives on the drier side of dull and that he shares his sense of humour with a bat, the leader of the Alberta Liberals let the spirit of the season take hold of his better judgement, let the cameras rolls and added his version of Gangnam Style to the hundreds of renditions of the popular video already online.
That's right, while the Wildrose and PCs are locked in angry legal talk over tobacco-gate, Sherman and his motley cast of MLAs decided that dancing may be a better way to finish of an eventful 2012 at the Alberta Legislature.
As many odd, regrettable or funny things that have come out of the legislature in the past, the Gangnam Style parody can indirectly be attributed to the press gallery.
"Every year, the Press Gallery at the Alberta Legislature invites the caucuses to submit a parody video for the Christmas Party," states the video description.
"This is the Alberta Liberal Caucus's submission .."
The video starts like the original, with Sherman sitting on a beach lounger.. in the snow.. outside the legislature.. and comes complete with the toilet shot and the yoga scene and showcases the famous parkade dance-off, thanks to a scene-stealing cameo by Dr. David Swann.

CORRECTION: A previous version of this story stated incorrectly that the video is about Gangman Style. It is about Gangnam style.
