A teenage prankster who used fake police lights to pull over then-education minister Thomas Lukaszuk was fined $400 in a St. Albert courtroom Monday.
Joshua Fletcher, 19, pleaded guilty to a traffic safety offence. In turn, the Crown prosecutor dropped charges of impersonating a police officer.
