TORONTO – A judge has given TekSavvy Solutions Inc. more time to get the word out to its customers that they may be implicated in a copyright case over illegal downloading.

At a hearing Monday, Judge John O’Keefe of the Federal Court of Canada agreed to adjourn a motion brought by a California film studio to compel the Chatham, Ont. based Internet service provider to hand over hundreds of names associated with Internet Protocol addresses.
