RICHMOND, B.C. - If you are up the creek without a paddle — or the boat to go with it — RCMP in Richmond, B.C., may be able to bail you out.

Mounties are searching for the owner of a blue row boat abandoned in front of a Richmond home.

Police say the homeowner reported a 3.6-metre, two person rowboat with a single paddle and its wheeled carrier, mysteriously appeared in front of her house early last July 25.

Since then, efforts to track the boat's serial number have failed.

Anyone who has lost a small, Frontiersman fibreglass rowboat is asked to call Richmond RCMP.
