According to the 2013 property assessments released on Jan. 2, these are the 10 most valuable residential properties in B.C.

1. 4707 Belmont Avenue, Vancouver – $39, 269,000

This custom home in Vancouver’s Point Grey neighbourhood was built in 2007. The 1.7-acre home has 10 bedrooms and 17 bathrooms.

2. 3085 Point Grey Road, Vancouver – $35,168,000

An unfinished home in Point Grey, slated to feature seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms.

3. 4719 Belmont Avenue Vancouver – $25,513,000

This two-storey custom home, built in 1997, sits on an almost 60,000-square-foot lot. It has six bedrooms and 10 bathrooms.
