Chris Hadfield Talks With Halifax Students From Space

A group of eager students from Charles P. Allen High School in Bedford, N.S. were excited to be going to school on a Saturday.

They were able to chat with Canadian astronaut Chris Hadfield who is on the International Space Station.

Hundreds of people filled the audience for the space chat.

Former astronaut and Liberal MP Marc Garneau talked to members of the audience while they waited for Hadfield to take questions, explaining the importance of Canadian technology in space.
