ST. THOMAS, Ont. - Former federal agriculture minister John Wise will be remembered at a funeral in St. Thomas, Ont., today. He died last week at the age of 77.

Wise was elected from Elgin, Ont., to the House of Commons five times from 1972 to 1984.

He served under three Progressive Conservative leaders -- Robert Stanfield, Joe Clark and Brian Mulroney.
