Several protesters interrupted hearings into the proposed Northern Gateway pipeline in Vancouver on Tuesday morning.
Vancouver police removed the protesters in handcuffs.
A federal regulatory review panel has been holding public hearings into the Enbridge proposal which would see a pipeline built from the Alberta oilsands to the port of Kitimat, B.C.
On Monday evening, hundreds of people opposed to the project marched to the Sheraton Wall Centre hotel in downtown Vancouver where the hearings are being held. They chanted "No Pipelines" before dispersing peacefully.
