That lineup around BC Place on Friday had nothing to do with a big concert or sports event: it was for the highly anticipated Lululemon warehouse sale.

A few hundred yoga pant and hoodie loving fans happily lined up for about an hour for the first shot at marked down athletic gear from the popular Vancouver-based brand. They were kept busy with snacks, a free yoga class and DJ entertainment before the sale began at 8 a.m.

Items were priced from $4 to $99.

Shoppers take note: cash and gift cards are NOT accepted. Bring your debit and credit cards (VISA, Mastercard and American Express). All sales are final. You'll have to check your coats and bags before entering through entrance A.

The sale continues into this weekend.

Friday, Jan. 18. 2013: 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. (Last entry at 6 p.m.)
Saturday, Jan. 19: 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. (Last entry at 6 p.m.)
Sunday, Jan. 20: 8 a.m. 2 p.m.
