"All I Wanna Do" singer Sheryl Crow is going to come clean on Entertainment Tonight with what she knows about her ex-fiancé Lance Armstrong's recent doping controversy.

Hitmaker Crow and cyclist Armstrong split back in 2006 after dating for three years. At the time Armstrong was at the peak of his sport and a reigning Tour de France champ. He was also apparently loaded up with performance-enhancing drugs.

Crow was allegedly "in the room" when Armstrong told teammate Frankie Andreu to cover up his doping use.

In a teaser clip for the interview Crow says "I think that honesty's always the best bet and that the truth will set you free."
