Tory, Wildrose Support Slips Among Alberta Voters, Poll Finds

As the provincial government prepares to bring down a tough budget this spring, a new poll shows both the Progressive Conservatives and Wildrose parties have seen their support slip slightly over the past year.

A telephone survey conducted by Leger Marketing finds that if an election were held today, Alison Redford's PC party would have the backing of 40 per cent of the decided voters, while Danielle Smith's Wildrose would garner the support of 28 per cent of Albertans.
