SaskEnergy employee fired for embellishing moving expenses totalling almost $28K

REGINA - A employee of SaskEnergy has been fired for claiming expenses the corporation says were not legitimate.

The Saskatchewan government says in a report that the employee wrongfully claimed moving expenses totalling almost $28,000.

Sask Energy says the employee was fired in October without pay.

The Crown corporation says the money was fully recovered and the matter was reported to police.
