Commercial Drive Victim Identified

The Vancouver police have identified the victim in a fight that resulted in the city's second killing of the year.

Michael Charles Gregory, 59, died on Saturday, after he got into a fight with another man on Commercial Drive.

Police say they have identified one suspect and that there have been no charges. Police previously said they had a 27-year-old man in custody.

The investigation is ongoing, they said in a Tuesday news release.

UPDATE - April 5, 2013: Charges have been laid in relation to the death of Michael Charles Gregory. Matthew Anthony-Cook, 27, was charged with manslaughter, said the Vancouver Police Department.
