The B.C. Liberals' last budget of this government is set to be delivered at 2 p.m. PT today.
On Monday, former Bank of Montreal economist Tim O'Neill, who was hired by the province, delivered his assessment of the provincial budget and recommended dropping its natural gas revenue estimates by about $70 million.
His report came after a throne speech that stated royalties from natural gas could eliminate the need for a provincial sales tax.
